Cancellation
If you cancel within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment, you will be charged a cancellation fee equal to the full charge of the service.
Tardiness
Appointment times are as scheduled and cannot extend beyond the stated time to accommodate late arrivals. Please be on time to your appointment.
Sickness
Bodywork is not appropriate care for infectious or contagious illness. Please cancel your appointment as soon as you are aware of an infectious or contagious condition.
Privacy Policy
Your health information is kept private and confidential. Disclosure of your health information to specific individuals, companies, or organizations will only be released under written authorization by you. You have the right to revoke any authorizations at any time by written request. You may be able to access and correct personal information we have collected about you by written request.
